Discipline From the Navy. Answers You Can Trust.

ECHA HVAC Sacramento was built by a U.S. Navy boiler technician who spent his career learning that mechanical systems don't forgive shortcuts. Three decades later, that standard is why Sacramento homeowners keep our number saved.

● Meet the Owner

From a Navy Boiler Room to Your Sacramento Driveway

Emerson Cesa learned heating and cooling where the stakes were highest: aboard ship, as a U.S. Navy Boiler Technician. Trained through the Navy's Mechanical Engineering and Boiler Technician "A" School at Naval Training Command, he spent his enlistment maintaining high-pressure steam and mechanical systems that simply were not allowed to fail.

That training built habits most contractors never learn: diagnose before you touch anything, document what you find, and never hand off work you wouldn't stake your name on. He carried it into a 30-year career across residential and commercial HVAC, rising from service technician to job foreman to running his own crews.

He founded ECHA HVAC Sacramento to give the Sacramento foothills something they were missing: an HVAC company run with military discipline and small-business accountability. No call centers. No pressure. Just the guy whose name is on the truck, standing behind the work.

● What We Stand On

Values You Can Actually Feel on the Job.

These aren't slogans on a wall. They're how every call, every quote, and every repair gets handled, from the first ring to the final system test.

Integrity Over Upsells

If a repair beats a replacement, we tell you. You see the worn part, the gauge reading, and a flat-rate price before we lift a wrench.

Military Punctuality

On time means on time. We hold appointment windows, text before we arrive, and treat your schedule like it matters, because it does.

Craftsmanship That Lasts

Right-sized systems, clean line sets, sealed ducts, tested airflow. We build installs the way a boiler tech was trained to: to spec, no shortcuts.

Accountable to Neighbors

We live and work here. When your name is on our schedule, you're not a ticket number, you're a neighbor we'll see at the store next week.

● The Crew

A Team Trained the Same Way the Owner Was

Every technician who pulls up in a ECHA truck is EPA-certified, background-checked, and mentored personally by Emerson. Same standard, whether it's the owner or a first-year tech at your door.

● How We Quote

Honest, In-Home Estimates, at Your Kitchen Table

We don't quote systems from a parking lot. Emerson and his team walk your home, measure the load, look at your ductwork, and sit down with you to explain the options in plain language, no jargon and no pressure.

You see the recommendation, the flat-rate price, and the reasoning behind it, all in writing, before you decide anything. That's what a straight answer looks like.

● Rooted in Sacramento

We're Not Passing Through. This Is Home.

ECHA HVAC Sacramento isn't a franchise buying a zip code. We're a local, family-run shop serving Sacramento, El Dorado Hills, Roseville, and the greater Sacramento foothills, the same neighborhoods where our kids go to school and our trucks park at night.

That's why we answer the phone at 9pm in a July heat wave, and why we'd rather earn a customer for 16 years than close one sale today. Our reputation is walking distance from our front door.
